Ori Getz is a third-generation real-estate owner, operator, and developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. In 2007, Ori officially stepped in as CEO and has played a multi-faceted role of overseeing the management, development,and negotiations of the Getz Family’s businesses and real estate portfolio. Ori has been instrumental in business planning, building, and sustaining key relationships, negotiating and pricing agreements, and closing deals. His roles have included the oversight and operation of commercial retail space, inner-city self-storage facilities, and business parks. Through his entrepreneurial nature, Ori established Redhorn Capital Partners as an extension to his family’s current operations. Within its first year, Redhorn Capital Partners had already partnered with over a million dollars of equity, identified multiple value-add opportunities and closed on over 100,000 square feet of industrial space. Ori has also expanded his professional network and territory through collaboration the the president of Keller Williams Worldwide to join in a venture that would purchase the Israel territory and launch the first Keller Williams real-estate location in Israel. Ori holds a bachelor of business administration with a focus in accounting from Texas State University. He received his real estate license from Champions School of Real Estate and is also a member of the Texas Self-Storage Association.
